Ahh, Catholic Guilt. I've certainly spent my time wading in that pool. Yet, here is the thing that most people miss. When you do something wrong, you are SUPPOSED to feel bad. It means you have a conscience, that there is such a thing as right and wrong, and serves as a kick in the pants to change your life and make amends.
