I finished reading "The Christmas Quilt" today. What a wonderful Christmas story, spanning several generations, talking about the importance of family and forgiveness, and making the most of the time we have on this Earth. What an important message any time of year!

Hi Patrice,
I like your blog, it's nice.
I hope I didn't offend you with my email about liberalism & Catholicism on the Catholic writers email list. Liberalism has been condemned by the Church so I don't understand how someone can claim to be a liberal and a Catholic (or how someone can claim to be orthodox religiously and liberal politically, as someone else on the list did). Liberals typically vote for pro-abortion, pro-euthanasia, etc. politicians, which isn't the Catholic thing to do. Anyway, I hope you're having a good Advent. Happy writing; God bless you!
