We have this confidence in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 1 John 5:14
Each morning, I read the lectionary readings for the day and the corresponding reflection in Living Faith. Today, Fr. Kenneth E. Grabner, C.S.C. offered the following prayer:
Lord, may I believe that you give the best response to all my prayers, even when I don't understand your answers.
I think that is a good prayer for all of us.
