In the May/June 2007 issue of Hallmark Magazine, there is an article about a woman who would write down all the good things her husband did for her. While I can't see myself actually writing the good things that Bernie does for me down on a daily basis, I think that it is a wonderful idea to remember the good things that your spouse does for you.
It is so easy to focus on the negative and to get worked up by the little things your spouse does that annoy you. This is a good reminder to focus on the positive, and may very well be the key to a happier marriage.
